Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our Artwork Quality Promise
Every Huevistas piece is a unique, hand-painted oil painting on canvas, custom-made exclusively to your specifications. Subtle variations are part of the authenticity that makes each work unique.
While all our artists follow the same reference, due to the nature of hand-painted artwork, slight differences in brushwork, color blending, and personal interpretation can sometimes occur. That being said, we are fully committed to making sure your piece matches your expectations, and our artist will adjust the painting accordingly based on your feedback during the review stage. If the artwork you receive does not match the painting preview we mutually confirmed prior to shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.
Shipping Damage Protection
In the rare case your painting arrives damaged, we will arrange a complimentary replacement or provide a full refund.
Please share photos of the damage and packaging with our team so we can assist promptly.
Custom Artwork Policy
Each artwork at Huevistas is made exclusively for you based on your selected colors and dimensions. Because these customized pieces cannot be directly resold, we appreciate your understanding of our order adjustment terms:

Cancellations Before Shipping: Requests to cancel your custom order after our artists have already begun preparing materials and drafting the painting are subject to a fixed $100 material fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Returns After Delivery: If you are not fully satisfied with your painting after delivery, we do not charge any restocking fees. You are fully eligible for a full refund of the product purchase price, subject to the return conditions outlined below.
30-Day Return Guarantee
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, for any reason if you are not satisfied with the final product. If you receive an item with a quality issue, incorrect specifications, or transit damage, please contact us promptly at support@huevistas.com for assistance. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a premium replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Important Return Conditions

Return Requests: All return requests must be formally submitted via email to support@huevistas.com within 30 days of delivery.

Required Details: Please include your exact Order Number, the explicit reason for the return, and clear photographs showing the condition of the artwork and its packaging.

Return Address Instructions: To initiate a return, you must contact our support team first to receive formal approval. Please do not ship the artwork back to the original address on your shipping package or our contact page. Once your request is verified, our team will directly provide you with the authorized return warehouse address. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Timeframe & Condition: Once approved, you have 14 days to return the artwork. The artwork must be in its original condition and securely packaged, ideally in its original box.
Changed Your Mind?
We understand a piece may not always suit your space, style, or scale, or you might simply not be satisfied with the result in your room. You may still return your custom artwork within 30 days of delivery, with the return shipping costs covered entirely by you. Once the painting is received back at our designated facility in its original condition, a full refund will be promptly issued back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Tip: Please package the artwork with care to ensure safe transit back to us.
